Maybe I am missing something, but if I want to use a specific mcview bundle as an atlas and to project my data over it, I need to know the bundle path and the metacells anndata (to use for the projection process python code).
While finding the bundle path is easy, because all of us save it over the same server, finding the anndata can be hard if you didn't create the atlas, to begin with. Either because the person who created the bundle isn't around, don't remember which anndata they used to create the bundle, or has written over it because enough time passed.
I hate duplicate files, but in this case, I think a reasonable solution is adding the anndata to the bundle and saving it there for future reference in the same path as everything else you need for the projection.
