The intent of the gene-modules is different from gene-programs. Having the same genes in multiple gene-modules can cause spurious correlations, and therefore this is not going to happen in the near future. |

There are genes which can appear in two cell types but not in a third one, it make sense to allow this one gene to be in two modules.
