Handling these fixes on a separate task to avoid over-extending the previous one (#2665):

~~Consolidate chain switching behaviours across dApp pages for consistency.~~
Lack of standardization of account component
Change explorers to just icons (Figma Link)
When in split screen, scrolling downwards footer is not bounded to bottom
Fix table toggle ranking misalignment
~~Remove horizontal border in wallet connect modal~~
