Youtube bug and slow update

Youtube rss bug, duplicate news.
Very slow check news, pls add multiple threads update.

Youtube marks items as changed when they are commented or liked, AFAIK. I recommend to open feed properties (right-click the feed in the left pane -> properties) and set "Don't mark changed items back as unread".

The news check is artificially slowed down so that Digest doesn't try to download everything at once and make browser unusable till everything is updated. I'll look into tuning a little bit the parameters.
