问题描述：
现有3节点TDengine集群，其中某一节点硬盘占用100%，此时使用java程序查询可用，但向该集群写入数据时，提示 “TDengine ERROR (0x8000012e): No enough disk space”。

系统环境：
Linux：centos7.8
TDengine：3.3.5.0

应该是leader 节点满了吧

leader vnode 所在的节点磁盘满了
