Add dexie writes/updates to /stats output

We have some perf issues to do with storage in chatcraft...Most of the time it's not because storage apis are slow, but because we call them too much.

It would be helpful to have stats on where most of the time is being spent so we can track what to optimize out.

dexie has a hooks and a newer middleware api, not sure which is best for this https://dexie.org/docs/Table/Table.hook('creating')
