Getting ready for 2.0.0. Version 2.0.0 should have reasonably clean code and documentation that at least explains how to install and run the toolkit on Linux and OSX. Testing for Windows does not have to be done yet and for 2.0.0 we also will not attempt to fix any bugs from the issues list. The main goal here is to get something versioned out there.
Update documentation, in particular the manual
Add docs/code to repository
Pick a license and add the license statements
Check installation of TreeTagger and Mallet
Add versioning tags to repository
Make sure documentation is versioned
Add README.md
Make sure that the content of code/.gitignore makes sense
Run utilities/make_documentation.py
