Add capability to process and create LIF documents. If the --source option on the command line is set to lif then both input and output of processing would be LIF documents.

This is not quite done:

  • The current output includes TemporalRelations that have TimeML attributes and not WSEV attributes.
  • The above may also be the case for events and times.
  • Alinks and Slinks are ignored.
  • View metadata should state that Token#pos comes from the TreeTagger.
  • When importing LIF existing tags are not imported into the TTK TagRepositories.
  • It only works if the input is LIF, if the input is in the TTK format then printing the output fails.
