Could the blurry website on April Fools affect users who have vision issues

Hey, have recently been trying to improve my knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity in web development, and noticed TodoMVC applies a slight blur to the page, presumably for April Fools. Wondering if this could be an issue for those who have vision challenges - and could possibly be considered insensitive.

This has been raised before btw.
