Hm. I could easily do it with some other Bootswatch themes, the trick would be in the switcher. I probably would put it in /settings/profile, but it's not at the top of my list. If you're into that, you're certainly welcome to do a fork-'n-pull.

Part of the reason I like Simplex (http://bootswatch.com/simplex) is that it uses red as the bootstrap primary color, not blue. I'd be fine if there was a switcher to Journal, Amelia, or some other theme. It's just a matter of getting the colors and aesthetics.

As of d76eb5d the site is using Bootstrap CDN (http://bootstrapcdn.com). Details of how it's being used are in php/head.php and php/head-auth.php.
