Dear Prof Hugo,

I have made use of your tutorials for my thesis. May I know how I can cite them? In particular the page on clustering.
Thank you

thanks for this question! I would say that citing it as a website might be enough, with details being:

  • Authors: Hugo Tavares and Georg Zeller
  • Title: Exploratory analysis of transcriptomics data in R
  • Year: 2018 (this is the year these materials started to be created)
  • URL: https://tavareshugo.github.io/data-carpentry-rnaseq/
  • Date Accessed: include the date when you last accessed the website (in case it changes in the future)

Really happy that the materials were useful for your work, and again thanks so much for your question!
