Guess DPI from SVG #84

I'm recently switched to latest Inkscape 1.2 and found all my gcode become scaled up.
I've did everything as usual with export and jscut but after receiving parts from production i've found the bug. That stuff cost me about $90 :(((
Please tell how can we guess which DPI is used within SVG ? I've opened the SVG in text editor but can not find ANYTHING regarding DPI.

In Inkscape I use 'mm' as all units. At the export tab in Inkscape i've set 300 DPI. Within the produced SVG i can see all dimensions are in 'mm' as expected. But JSCUT scale everything up because the default dpi was set to 90.

So the question is where is that DPI setting within the source file so i can set dpi in jscut correctly?
