Add an option to replace spaces with underscores when creating a
path/filename based on MP3 tags.

It would also be nice to have an option to convert single or double
quote characters into something else (converting them to nothing works
fine for me).

These would be a real convenience to us old school command-line types.

Also, replace spaces with dashes!  Dash is an unshifted character!
