Tchap iOS CI is broken (since a bad rebase which should exclude Element Github workflows)

La CI Tchap iOS ne fontionne de toute façon pas correctement car la compilation de Tchap Legacy se passe en 2 fois manuellement : une dépendance n'est pas compilée au bon moment et le linkage échoue pour un souci de mauvaise signature de dépendance.
Une 2e compilation dans la foulée marche bien.

Il faudrait étudier les dépendances et leur cycle via Xcode build graph system : https://medium.com/@londeix/inspecting-xcodes-build-system-graph-at-ease-e96573d5d340
