The main AIR dispatch message is big and bold, so it's already easily seen, but, if there's discussion in the Slack channel at the same time as people are responding, often times it can be hard to distinguish AIR responses from other messages. Furthermore, grouping responses by "responding" and "not responding" can make status checks easier and quicker.
This can utilize the same sort of code as /inorout currently does, but I would request that we keep the color scheme for responses currently used in this integration, rather than change to the inorout one.
