It would be nice to have an alphabetical list (maybe automatically generated) of previous songs of the week that we've used, to prevent duplication. It could also be useful as a list of relevant songs that could be used in future newsletters.

(This could be for the github repo only - it doesn't have to be user-facing.)

Great idea.

We could maybe keep this in jekyll's _data/ as a yaml file? And alphabetizing that could be easily scripted.

I like the idea of keeping it in a yaml file. Eventually we might be able to also script extracting the song data from each issue to keep the yaml file updated.
