[feat] expand account verification in UI - checks/badges for active accounts

I mean Tzkt verification is great but I was thinking in a way to authenticate the accounts by 10 "likes/votes" or something from already validated accounts that have been there for more than a month or something like that. I'm not suggesting a like/follow popularity mark, just a way to make things safer for everyone.

bringing this here because there are multiple ways that we could improve "verfication" marks - i.e. checkmark next to user name if verified via tezprofiles, or via acc activity, just putting it in as a git issue bc it was in the notion page i am cleaning up rn

Describe the solution you'd like

"checks or badges" displayed next to the user names. there could be different tiers of verification, for example based on

• TezProfiles verification
• account activity
• ownership of dao tokens
• participation in votes
• being part of the team/volunteering

this could be based on Tokens and displayed in the ui - and would be a way to nicely tie in the DAO membershhip with the teia UI
