Did this issue happen with an older version: Yes.
Game with issue: King Of Fighters: Maximum Impact Regulation: A
Detailed description of issue: Upon booting the game, the SNK Playmore screen appears. i am able to insert credits, but once the screen dissapears, it fades to black and nothing happens.
Reproduction details: simply play the game
Any other details: According to the wiki, KOF MIRA Should work on my AMD GPU, However, it does not work, and instead, does nothing after the SNK Playmore screen

If you use WineD3D you can get KOF Maximum Impact Regulation: A to work, although the intro movie doesn't render but you can press start to get past that.

/\ I Tried WineD3D, and it worked better, but it does not get in game. it shows the intro before the match then crashes.

Try using both WineD3D and dgVoodooCpl together. Use DDraw.dll + wined3d.dll from WineD3D and D3D8.dll and D3D9.dll from dgVoodooCpl

Still crashes in the same fashion.
