Exception Error:

Getting an exception error ("All Pipe Instances are Busy") every time I run certain games (for example, Aliens Armageddon) the first time. The game usually loads regardless of the exception, but the controls won't work. Then I exit and relaunch, and the game will (usually) work. Running Windows 10 pro. System is an Intel based i7 (4th generation) w/ NVIDIA Asus GeoForce GTX 1660 6 GB. I have excluded relevant folders from antivirus scans. Tried re-installing TP several times, but still getting the error.
