Failed to Load DLL! (Error 4)

Hello,
After updating TP some weeks ago I can´t play lots of games anymore. Indeed, with legacy release the problem dissapears.

TeknoParrot version:
TeknoParrutUI 1.0.0.1261 Openparrot.dll (1.0.0.706)
Did this issue happen with an older version:
No, the problem started about one month ago when updating.
Chase H.Q. 2, Sega Rally 3, Daytona Champ USA...
Detailed description of issue:
When running a game an issue is shown in the console: "Failed to Load DLL! (Error 4)".
