Update raw API: Retrieve the attributes meta data from the mongoDB data base

Hello,

I added this feature to cygnus sink:
telefonicaid/fiware-cygnus#1416

So I need to update the STH comet raw API to be able to retrieve the stored meta-data attributes.
I created this issue to follow and discuss this update. I will next post my proposition about the implementation.

Thanks for your proposal @sabrine2020 I think this new behaviour, include "attrMetadata: 1" in mongo queries should be handle by a new configuration flag. What do you think?

well It has been a while since I opened this issue so I don't exactly remember the different possibilities to implement it. So any implementation that you think is the right one to do is Okey for me :)
