Telegram Desktop is still running from system tray even after uninstallation. #28629

Steps to reproduce

  1. Deploy latest OS and Perform Windows and Store updates.
  2. Download the application from vendor site: https://desktop.telegram.org/.
  3. Install the application.
  4. Launch the application.
  5. Install the telegram application in mobile and login with valid mobile number.
  6. Scan the QR code on our machine with mobile to login into application.
  7. Go to control panel(appwiz.cpl).
  8. Right click on application instance.
  9. Click on uninstall and uninstall the application.
  10. Go to system tray and observe the application is still running in system tray.

Expected behaviour

No app instance should be available in system tray after uninstalling

Actual behaviour

Application is still running in system tray even after uninstallation.

v5.7.2

i think this is the same as with other apps.

@Aokromes in fact, I did not see the same with other Apps.
