Telegram Desktop is still running from system tray even after uninstallation. #28629

@Aokromes could you please take a look at this bug? I did not see the same issue for other Apps. I still think it is a bug with Telegram. |
Same problem. I used telegram uninstaller to delete the app, but it's still running. When I try to manually delete remaining files it says "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Telegram Desktop". As a result, I keep getting notifications from the app (I know I can simply log out, but the problem is that the app is still here after I managed to delete it). And what is more I can even use the app as if I deleted nothing. I had to end the task using windows task manager, but I thought it was the uninstaller's job to do so |
