[Bug][Window] Shrinkage during resizing in controlled mode

Current behavior

The width coming from the onWindowMove arguments is not consistant which cause shrinkage when resizing the window from the left side.

Expected behavior

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Open https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-uxmwfk-75tt5l?file=app%2Fapp.tsx
2. Resize the window from the left side.
3. Observe the right size is jumping (the width is not increasing/decreasing consistently, check the console)
