Current behavior

the Window is being dragged when the minimum set width has been reached.

Expected behavior

The window should keep the same position.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

  1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-crqkh5-ssgh1i?file=index.js
  2. Start resizing the window to decrease its width

Result: observe that the window will start moving when the minwidth is hit.
