Bringing this one over from the Angular-Kendo repo:
kendo-labs/angular-kendo#381

Is there a method of creating a custom editor template for Kendo Grid without having to initialize it using jQuery in my controller. Since I'm using Angular, that creates a hard dependency between my DOM and my controller that I'd really like to avoid.

Hi Rob,

the Kendo UI Grid component is not part of the Kendo UI Core repository. In case you need an assistance with it, please submit a ticket through the Telerik support system.
