Add ability to upload to user-images.githubusercontent.com similar to how GitHub does in READMEs and comments

This would ideally work via paste or when dragging an image into the editor, similar to how GitHub handles image uploads on their platform.

💡 VS Code extension that notices when I try to paste an image from my clipboard into a markdown file and uploads that image somewhere and inserts a markdown image tag with the public URL, like the GitHub text editor 🥲

I figure, why incentivize someone like me to basically build that idea from scratch when this great extension already exists and could be updated to include this feature? 🤷🏻‍♂️
