Context:
As a USHPA member I would like access to the USHPA API to perform:

Membership check API,
Membership push
Renewal and other facilities
Goals:
Add a component (USHPAPanel that contains menu items for USHPA interaction
Create model classes
- type: membershipCheckRequest
- properties:
  - membershipNumber
  - requestingOrganization
  - requestingPerson
