Currently, in v0.99, we do not choose the compression parameters optimally, thus increasing runtime. The heuristics as previously used in v0.9 should be implemented.

Split storage of far field quadrature nodes from a single, large matr…

…ix to an std::vector of the size of the number of elements. This is to address cache based performance issues with larger refinement levels. Running the tests indicates that there is no significant change in performance. Logs below.
