[FEATURE REQUEST] Add repository level metrics

What is your use case?
Get SQL-level & cache level metrics in Grafana to improve observability and database status in terms of app logic and its effectiveness.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No actual problem since we already have request metrics from publisher but repository level metrics will provide a wider picture of how components are working and moreover since repositories are global i.e. reused in all of components it will reveal what happens with other components on that level.

Just add query duration metrics by kind (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) and method
