e2e test for running in automatic manner just like any other automatic test

Describe the solution you'd like
Add some tests using go-docker-testsuite utilising CLI & complete built components

Basic tests to add:

• list namespaces
• create namespace
• create a couple of containers
• list container in default namespace & just created one
• create version from dir
• create version from yum-repo
• create version from yum-repo with GPG verification
