Database insight Mode feature

Hi Team,

New feature from the AWS Database insight Mode feature "advance mode" not integrated with the module. could you please check and update it please?

Also, if i wanted to add the lifecycle ignore changes for permance_insight_mode changes, unable to do it.

Please check these 2 feature and update the module
