Add some apps on top of base pihole
DEPRECATED - Pihole has moved on from Stretch and deprecated the buster tag. No longer needed. DEPRECATED - Cloudflared change installation links. I can't be bothered to fix it given the above and replace it with a new generic base (pihole-base-plus)
