I've successfully done "!pip3 install astropy" in casa 6.2 and up, but the 6.1 series seem to have a pip configured that doesn't have the right authentication...
WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.
This is on Ubuntu22
To add insult to injury, the latest analysisUtils uses an "import casadef" which this older CASA doesn't know.
