Lower-case function syntax highlighting

When {{lc }} is used with a parameter inside it, syntax highlighting fails (it highlights two of the closing brackets of the parameter.

Examples

This doesn't highlight properly (the first two closing parameter brackets are highlighted, not the last two which are the ones that close the lc function) :

{{lc {{{parameter}}} }}

This highlights properly:

{{#lc {{{parameter}}} }}

Unfortunately, it's {{lc }} , sans hash-tag. :(
