Stream latest file for camera software as MJPEG, RTSP or something similar. #1

It would be great to be able to stream the latest video for each camera as an MJPEG stream or something similar so that the files can be injected into 3rd party security camera systems like BlueIris, Motion Eye or ZoneMinder. While the clips would be delayed and not in realtime, they may be able to take advantage of the motion detection, AI and notification options of security camera systems.
