Also, I think we should be consistent about putting any spatial qualifiers after the main nucleus. We have a bunch of "medial nucleus X" and I think it should be "nucleus X, medial" where the spatial qualifier differentiates different parts of the nucleus.

Right now I don't have an easy way to introspect the internal structure of the regions that come from uberon. I will look to check their ordering, if I recall correctly it is inverted from the order we currently use in the CUTs becuase scigraph cannot deal with switched word order in its search index. If we want this structure we will need to provide preferred labels for the uberon terms, or if they have that order but without the comma, I think we can just use them.
