Main url isn't functioning. Just a white screen. Is the remote version dead?

You probably use lemmy.world as instance. We had to block a api endpoint for a critical security issue. Lemmy moder crashes because of it.

Nope my own at lemmyf.uk not sure what's going on as on safari it's just a white screen. Unless I use an in app version of it, but just a blank dark screen after logging in and other browsers just show a blank screen after logging in too.
