So it was working previously but I think i accidently had swapped the directories around initially and started an install but then later exited out of it to fix it but now it won't read the files within the KOTOR 1 Full Build folder directory. I've tried deleting/reinstalling ModSync as well as restarting my computer and it won't validate anymore

I'm sorry but it says RIGHT THERE in the 3rd photo you've posted to 'check the console/output window'. I do not understand the train of thought here. Do you see the background red text in the 3rd photo? You didn't think it might be a good idea to post that so I'd at least have general information to help you? There's zero useful information for me to go on in order to help you, I don't even know what build/os/game you're running.

But alas, I'll say it again:

Check the logs, console window, or output window.

Then, choose one of the following solutions:

  • Download the mod(s) it's complaining about
  • Deselect the missing mod(s), so they won't be installed.
