Need to create a desktop application for Peyar that could run in windows/linux/mac machines

you have any particular language/gui toolkit in mind?

No anything is fine as long as its cross platform.

It could be either c++ (using qt), Python( Pyside or pyQt), or even HTML/CSS/javascript if it could be bundled into a desktop app.

As long as it works fine in windows/linux/mac and looks nice, it could be in any technology :)
