Compactor as merger for small blocks?

Hello,
I have a case where I want to use object storage as my main store.
I have a thanos-receive component and I set the block duration to be 1m so I'm uploading blocks to S3 every 1m.
I know this is not recommended and I wanted to know if I could use the thanos compactor to merge for example 120 blocks of 1m to one bigger block of 2 hours duration.
Is it possible to use the compactor this way?
