To start, provide a simple fullscreen view with minimum distractions that displays the team number, name, and robot name (if this can get exposed in the TBA API).

The thing to watch out for is the fact that many teams don't update their information. At my only GA event this year, I'd say probably 80% of the teams had to update a significant amount of information on their GA/MC info sheets.

Also, the current Excel-based tool allows entry/corrections to data. This would have to be something to consider.
