Yet, BC and specifically the Provincial Health Services Authority public key well-known end point was never published to the vci-directory here. So, what updated the Verifier app? Is there another list?
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
BC deliberately did not want our SHC to be recognized by the Verifier app to temper our verifiers from using this app over our published app that provides conclusions only and no means to view the data. So, now that someone violated the process and ignored the fact that BC is NOT in the vci json file and went ahead and added BC as an issuer trusted, undermined our approach to limit this app's utility. I would prefer that the app remove BC from its custom list. Thanks
As discussed in #30 the common trust verifier doesn't use this repo-they have a separate list. Hopefully we will be given more specifics soon about how these lists will be unified. Until they are, though, being absent from this directory doesn't affect the common trust verifier app. You may wish to contact the app developers directly if you wish to expedite your request, as I don't think they are monitoring this repo.
