Suggestion: NMR block improvements

Following discussions with Jae and Chris, we will consider the following updates to the NMR block:

• Parse things like the experiment title and add them to the block/sample description so that they are searchable (need to think about this more broadly for searching within blocks wrt. [WIP]: Block reworks #616)
• Support for plotting 2D spectra
• Basic processing using nmrglue: FT in 1D/2D, line broadening and phasing -- do it automatically if not present with some controllable parameters
• Eventually, open in ssnake/topspin buttons, perhaps via NMRBox
• Syncing directly with spectrometer machines (one-way) or from the nmr-fs (Grey group-specific)
