Describe the bug
Use the Keyboard tester to test GUI key will call the Windows menu. This results in VIA receiving GUI key down information but no GUI key up information. Therefore, VIA will be treated as a GUI key being pressed continuously, and the prompt tone will continue to sound.

To Reproduce

  1. Press the GUI key on Windows 11, when open VIA keyboard tester.

Expected behavior
Make VIA monopolize all keyboard events when starting keytester to prevent Windows menus from popping up.
