An alternative to Command for non MVVM pattern apps.

Something like:

<the49:ContextMenu.Menu>
        <DataTemplate>
            <the49:Menu>
                <the49:Action
                    Title="Upload"
                    IsVisible="{Binding CanUpload}"
                    Clicked="Upload_Clicked_Event"
                />
            </the49:Menu>
        </DataTemplate>
    </the49:ContextMenu.Menu>

This would be a lot of help, but I understand if it's not worth the effort or isn't technically feasible.
