OKX, previously known as OKEx, underwent a rebranding from its predecessor OKCoin. However, it no longer offers support for the Lightning Network. A recent check on their website confirms the absence of Lightning Network withdrawal options, limiting transactions solely to on-chain methods.

fwiw, I have a friend who had an account on okex.com who confirmed;

• If you try to load https://www.okex.com/ in a browser, you are auto-directed to https://www.okx.com/
• They do not allow use of the exchange if you're based in the USA. Rumor has it that a VPN from New Zealand will get you in.
  I cannot comment on the availability of LN on the exchange since I do not have an account on there.
