Bug: Weather module does not currently accept postal codes.

Should at minimum accept US and Canadian postal codes (5 number format, 9 number format could also be accepted and discard the last 4, as no weather service is going to be that granular)

To consolidate some info: A huge part of the problem is that I have to either specify postal code mode or "general search" mode on my weather provider, and that's... proving difficult.

Another thing that has been brought up is possibly switching to Dark Sky, which might also resolve this.
