Allow constraint of maximum choices in select_multiple

Hi,
There is a way in odk to restrinct the maximum number of choices chosen for a multiple select question using "count-selected": https://docs.opendatakit.org/form-operators-functions/#count-selected
It would be fine that, when choosing "multiple select", the user has an option of constraint to set an integer maximum choices for the question: "Only accept an answer if this question as maximum of .... choices"
