Make it possible to pass the link password as an URL parameter:
https://kutt.it/example?password=link_pass

This way you can password protect a sensitive URL (including the expansion) and still use in settings where the login page is not suitable (e.g. tools).

Needs to be considered together with #45. Related to change made in #42.
