While we now have backups using Restic, we don't check if they pass. @evgeni has written https://github.com/evgeni/check_restic but right now we don't have a monitoring system (#471) to use it with.

We ran out of disk space on puppet01, which caused backups to fail. The need for monitoring is getting bigger.
